So, you’ve watched all five seasons of The Chosen so far. But did you know about our special Christmas episodes featuring some of your favorite cast members? If not, we’ve got some early Christmas presents for you and your family to add to your watchlist:

The Shepherd

This episode tells the story of Christmas through the eyes of a struggling shepherd who hears an angelic announcement and witnesses a miracle. Created before any of our other episodes, it originally served as a special project for Dallas Jenkins’ church before sparking what became the series we all love. You can watch it here, or by searching for “The Shepherd: A Story of the First Christmas” on “The Chosen” app. We’re also streaming it on YouTube Christmas Eve through Christmas Day as part of a marathon.

The Messengers

This story focuses on a young Mary and Joseph as they travel to Bethlehem and prepare for Jesus’ birth. You’ll also get a glimpse at what some of your favorite characters from The Chosen are up to after the main events of the show—but we’ll avoid any more spoilers for now. You can watch it here, or by searching for “The Messengers: Special Christmas Episode” on “The Chosen” app. We’re also streaming it on YouTube Christmas Eve through Christmas Day as part of a marathon.

Holy Night

Now we’re switching things up with a Christmas special that takes the two episodes above and remasters, recuts, and combines them into a seamless story about the birth of Jesus. It also features powerful Christmas music sung by renowned artists—including an exclusive performance by Andrea Bocelli and his son, Matteo.
